I just ordered the doggie bouquet for my sister in law. I upgraded to the premium which included more flowers. It was worth it. It was so full and pretty. I would definitely give my business to this florist again. Linda worked through the delivery issue that popped up and my sister in law loved the flowers.

I am so lucky I found this florist shop. The owner is a true artist who provided these beautiful flowers for our co-workers going away party. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and breathtaking, way better than the website pictures. The owner worked with me first hand to ensure this bouquet would be perfect. I was very pleased with this florist. They did a fantastic job with a standing floral spray for a funeral, and delivered on time. I chose them due to great reviews and close proximity to the funeral home. Due to covid, flowers are limited, I asked for yellow roses, and they were able to comply. The floral arrangement was absolutely beautiful! I will definitely use them again.

Make an order from out of town, that's pretty standard. I was irritated at first when I'd not gotten any communication on delivery day, till I discovered they had done their due diligence, and I just hadn't been paying attention!
Small issue, they offered me some options in plenty of time, and when they did not hear from me, they used common sense and good customer service rather than have me disappointed.
Now my girlfriend thinks I'm chivalrous and can do no wrong.

My husband, who was deployed overseas, was trying to get flowers delivered to my office multiple days in a row. He ordered through 1-800-flowers and Renicks got the order for the 2nd day. There had been an issue with the delivery the 1st day (not Renicks), and when my delivery in the 2nd day (Renicks) was going to be late and miss me at the office, they insisted they would make it right. Not only did the most beautiful flowers come the next day, so did a sweet treat. Thank you Renicks for having the best customer service. Next time, we will order directly from you!
